Took my Golf Sportswagen in for the 40k service. Dropped off at 10am, called at 4:30 because no one called to say it was done. It wasn't, needed another 1/2 hour. Did not get home without the tire pressure off at 10am, called at 4:30 because no one called to say it was done. It wasn't, needed another 1/2 hour. Did not get home without the tire pressure warning coming on. Had to make a second trip to get this recified. Not impressed with Service Department. This dealer has no clue of what car they are even working on or have in there shop. They tell me we have recalls on a car that we haven’t owned for two years. Bought a GMC Terrain thank God I purchased a warranty because it needed a new engine 4 months after buying. Now 3 years later and a 1000 miles past warranty it is in need of another new engine. Masking was less than acceptable. The woman that performs check outs and hands keys was completely maskless, the woman checking me in had a mask that kept falling off her nose and the gentleman at service re check outs and hands keys was completely maskless, the woman checking me in had a mask that kept falling off her nose and the gentleman at service removed his mask to lick his finger to turn the page on the papers. This is not acceptable for a mask mandatory facility in the midst of a pandemic. Personal feelings may differ but for a business it needs to be taken seriously. More
