I purchased a 2010 Ram 1500. Matt the salesman was awesome, he bent over backwards to help me get the deal I was looking for. Well a year has gone by and everything has gone downhill since. Upon revie awesome, he bent over backwards to help me get the deal I was looking for. Well a year has gone by and everything has gone downhill since. Upon reviewing a oil change service package I purchased during the closing(bad idea) it was not what was promised, but of course they have the paperwork with all the numbers scribbled down to make it look like I knew what I was getting. So in the end i'll end up paying $648.00 dollars for 12 oil changes, can you say major rip off. The service department is a joke. All the service advisers are rude and completely UN-professional. When I tried to file a complaint I was passed around from manger to manger. I believe they are hoping I just give up and go away. Do not buy any vehicle or have any service done here, it's a complete waste of your time and money. I still have mechanical issues that are unresolved. I have Filed a complaint with Chrysler headquarters and BBC. How this place stays in business is beyond me. Upon buying a 43, 000 dollar truck I would expect better customer service then this place offers. More

When you are purchasing anything new you want to feel that you can trust the Sales Person and I can say without hesitation that you can trust Pete Espinoza and the staff at Ewald. I am not getting anything out of writing this great review, this is the first time I actually wanted to write one. More
From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treatred very well. Darrell was the sales rep and he showed me several Jeeps and I picked one out to test drive. I was so impressed that I decided treatred very well. Darrell was the sales rep and he showed me several Jeeps and I picked one out to test drive. I was so impressed that I decided to buy it. Darrell had my existing vehicle appraised and then came back with an offer and a price on the new Jeep. I countered this offer and when the sales manager met me halfway the deal was completed. Joshua explained in great depth the Xzylon coating system I could have applied as well as the various Jeep accessory add-ons. He explained the pricing and I made my selection. I then met with Andy to do all the paperwork related to the sale. Joshua then spent over an hour with me explaining all the features of the new vehicle and how to use them. Darrell made sure the new car was preped and transferred my plates to the new Jeep. I drove away very happy. More

Friendly, easy going sales people. The whole staff seems like they are having fun. I believe that I got a good deal. I would send friends there. The only uncomfortable moment was when I went to pick up the like they are having fun. I believe that I got a good deal. I would send friends there. The only uncomfortable moment was when I went to pick up the new car after work and it took 2 1/2 hours because you have to sit through 'up-sale' videos etc. I guess that is just what all dealers do...but it was annoying. smiles. Car shopping can be intimidating and I was completely at ease from the moment I walke experience from start to finish, was easy, stress-free and fun! Car shopping can be intimidating and I was completely at ease from the moment I walked in the door. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helped me make sure I was making the right purchase. Called service about ESP BAS, Traction and ABS lights on in vehicle. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes, I decided to drive to the dealership which took another 10 minutes. Still on hold, I arrived at th in vehicle. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes, I decided to drive to the dealership which took another 10 minutes. Still on hold, I arrived at the service department where an extremely rude, middle-aged man looked at me briefly and said, "One Minute." The younger man sitting next to him, with his arms crossed, doing nothing said, "Can I help you?" To which I replied, "Sure, since I've been on hold for 20 minutes." He turned to the older gentleman sitting next to him and asked, "Do you have someone on hold?" The older man replied, with a "pssss" noise and attempted to answer the line. I then informed him it is me on hold. He hung up the phone, never once looking in my direction or apologizing for his complete rude behavior. I then asked the younger man how much it would cost for someone to look at my car and told him that I'm sure it is a speed sensor. He said $98 for someone to look at it. I said the part is only $7 and I just want to make sure that's in fact the problem and I can fix it myself. He said $98. I left and will NEVER return. A side note, I am plannig to buy a brand new jeep in the next week or so, it just won't be from here!!!! More
Brought my 2004 Pacifica for a recall on the engine cradle. Had it replaced, then after 2000 miles, clunking on front end. Said didn't engine cradle replacement had nothing to do with clunking.
