When there, the service is good but extremely difficult to get a loaner when being serviced under a warranty issue. Dropped off my truck for engine tick , truck was diagnosed on day one . Parts had to be ordered and they said they will call me when parts come in . Two months later still no word on parts . Took my diagnosed on day one . Parts had to be ordered and they said they will call me when parts come in . Two months later still no word on parts . Took my truck to there competition in waukesha and they had my truck diagnosed and fixed in one day . Ewald service department is a joke . Just know that you can take your warranty work to another dealership. More

Took my jeep in for a new warrantied Windshield which was included with the purchase of the vehicle. They made me research it and provide the warrant. Then it had a bunch of goop all around the window was included with the purchase of the vehicle. They made me research it and provide the warrant. Then it had a bunch of goop all around the window frame. They never cleaned it up. Lastly made appt. 2-3 weeks ahead of time for recall item. Take the jeep in and am told yup it needs to be replaced but they don’t have the part. They had 2-3 weeks to make sure the part was in stock. More
