Lots of auto emails and games with pricing All I wanted was a price. Not games.... just a price. The "everyone qualifies for price" was I guess not updated so 500 went away. WORST DEALERSHIP we ever delt with. We put a $200 deposit down. It's now been almost 2 months and still no refund for my deposit, even though they sold the car the very next business day. We have called numerous times asking for our refund and get "the checks in the mail" which it never is. We keep calling back and just their voice mail and they never return your calls. Worst customer service by their finance manager. Nothing but being ignored hoping we will just give up and forget the $200. WE WILL NOT GIVE UP ITS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY PUT DOWN IN GOOD FAITH AND LEGALLY IT SHOULD BE RETURNED IN FULL. Ewald is a sham they want your money however they can get it even if it's done illegally. If you're looking for a great dealership definitely look elsewhere. More

Alex was able to find us a vehicle that not only had the seating we were looking for, but it also was in our price range, mileage, and came with more extras then we were expecting. Alex got us a mold that we had been over looking, but was exactly what we needed. He had great customer service and has been the best car salesman that I have come across.
