Great sales staff and experience Greg stayed late (after the dealer's normal hours) to help us test drive and check out a car we saw on their website. They were very easy to work with and I would definitely buy a car from them again. the reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the finance department, we told them which lender we would like to go through, they ran our credit and applied for at least 4 different lenders which didnt help our credit scores. when they finally did go through Landmark credit union as we requested, they came back with a rate 1.75% higher than Landmark's stated rates. we asked them to verify that everything was correct and they came back and said yes, that is correct. We asked for a purchase contract to bring to Landmark so we could acquire financing ourselves and then they came back with the rate that landmark stated using some excuse as to why it was higher before. Also, the contracts had multiple errors on them as we were reviewing them. I would 100% buy a car from this dealer again, the sales staff was great and helpful. I would get my financing elsewhere though. More
