I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Ewald Kia. I’ve always been treated very well and have recommended them to many people. Today that changed. I scheduled a service appointment almost 3 weeks ago I’ve always been treated very well and have recommended them to many people. Today that changed. I scheduled a service appointment almost 3 weeks ago for the fire causing fuse recall. I was there at my appointment time and told they don’t stock parts and I’ll probably have to come back, but maybe they have the required fuse. After about 90 minutes waiting I assumed they had the fuse and were doing the recall work. Wrong. I was told they’d need to order the fuse and it would take three days to get. Then I could call and set up another appointment. I purchased this vehicle there and have had other work done. I’m in their system! Why didn’t they order the fuse when I made the appointment? It’s a 40 minute drive to get there, and now I’ll probably have to wait another 3 weeks to get back in! Absolutely NOT acceptable. This recall is for a fuse that may cause my car to start on fire! Hardly insignificant. I’m so angry right now! More

I inquired about ordering a vehicle and the communication from Shjonna and the management team was prompt and very clear. I didn't feel like they were hiding things from me which I have experienced from othe from Shjonna and the management team was prompt and very clear.
