I have been looking at buying one for about 6 months. Everyone at Ewald was extremely helpful in getting me into my car. They made sure I got the best price and financing. I would never buy a car at any other dealership. From the moment you walk in you are first priority, and there is no high pressure sales. We had a great experience buying my daughter her first car. Raquel came and helped us find the perfect car for my 16 year old and kept the cost to what e wanted to spend. I was looking for a new truck and stopped at Ewalds Venus Ford first. I met with Eric Ewald and liked what he had to say. I had only wanted the coupon book for $2.10 per month in my contract & he denied it with the support of Eric Ewald "" Caution to all & especially the elderly"" look over your contract well Before signing~~~ Matt shredded his overcharge faster then I could Blink & was very condescending... I was told there would be a meeting in the morning...as Matt had pissed off other customers that same day.... A+++ for sales person Michele Dare after talking with Eric he stood by his man & I have no coupon Book A Google User review from a year ago ~~~~ I guess matt Young had other bad days also...Dr Jeckle & Mr Hyde here is another review I found~~~~~ If you decided to buy a car, deal with Adam in sales, and if you need to finance..... RUN IF YOU DEAL WITH MATT IN FINANCE!!!!!! I will never buy a car here again..... After the 4 boughten from there since 2002....... And yes new cars none used More
