I went into the dealership in September of 2012. I bought a 2011 GT 5.0 Mustang. The service was great! I also bought the GAP insurance that Ewald Venus Ford offers at this time. Around 12 days later I was h a 2011 GT 5.0 Mustang. The service was great! I also bought the GAP insurance that Ewald Venus Ford offers at this time. Around 12 days later I was hit by another vehicle. This was on a Friday evening at 930pm. I talked with a representative from the dealership the next day. That day I had a new rental car and the staff started working on my GAP insurance and lender. That week Matt Young was working with me on the insurance provider and GAP insurance. By October I was in a brand new 2013 GT 5.0 Mustang! Marty, worked with me to get just what I wanted, great guy. The upside to all of this is my monthly payments went down. I had all of the same coverage with GAP insurance. Plus, my interest rate went down! Thank you, Ewald Venus Ford for the great service and wonderful above and beyond customer service. This is the third car in 5 years that we bought from this dealership.When we first walked in the showroom and looking at the cars on display no one seemed interested to help us. He did everything he could so we could buy the car that we want.The person in the business office was also very nice and explained everything to us and answered all our questions.I would recommend this dealership to others;just ask for salesperson right away and not wait for them to come to you.
