Great Servive! There was a recall for my Yukon XL and I called Benjamin with Ewing on a Sat morning and he fit me in and had the recall taken care of within an hour There was a recall for my Yukon XL and I called Benjamin with Ewing on a Sat morning and he fit me in and had the recall taken care of within an hour and I evvnngot my car washed. Feedback from recent service visit Frustrating visit for service 2.5 hours for an oil change after making an appointment to schedule the work. They took care of the steering recall Frustrating visit for service 2.5 hours for an oil change after making an appointment to schedule the work. They took care of the steering recall work ok. Tried to charge me $90 to replace the cabin air filter! This is a $20 filter and it only takes 10 minutes to replace it! Not fair treatment of a customer. This was my first negative experience with this dealership where I bought my vehicle. More

Misrepresentations, half truths with no response. Buyer Beware. Don't purchase the extended care package. They will not honor what THREE of their employees represented that would be covered. Due to their representations, we purchased two vehicles from them with extended coverage on both. I might as well have burned my money, because I got nothing out of their representations. It was a concerted effort between their sales and leadership team of misrepresentations. More

Great customer service I took my Cadillac in because I thought there was an issue with the breaks. The gentleman I worked with had someone double check it, drove it and educ I took my Cadillac in because I thought there was an issue with the breaks. The gentleman I worked with had someone double check it, drove it and educated me on the GM braking system without charge. Took it back for maintenance and they did an excellent job. You don't get customer service like this anymore. More
