My wife and I wasted nearly FIVE hours at this dealership, only to have them come off the sticker $300. The salesman was very unprofessional, telling us a lot of awkward, personal stories trying t dealership, only to have them come off the sticker $300. The salesman was very unprofessional, telling us a lot of awkward, personal stories trying to get us to "relate" to him. It made us very uncomfortable. He was condescending, arrogant, a terrible salesman who didn't even want to try to make a deal. Another salesman poked his head in the office and said he would take $300 off the sticker after having to sit and listen to Chris talk about himself for four hours. We politely walked out at that point. The whole experience left my wife and I feeling creeped out. We'll never go back and we have warned our friends about this place. It felt more like a shady used car dealership than a certified Subaru dealership. Very disappointed in this place. We ended up getting a much better deal at another dealership the next day, with a much lower APR than Subaru Plano offered. More

We went to this dealership to buy forester and we had every thing worked out as to what we need. As we were walking towards the door the sales man showed u and said that he can direct us in right direct every thing worked out as to what we need. He took us to where the cars were lined up and said that these are the cars. I asked him to open one of them so that we can see and he said he do not have keys if any one is open we can see it. I asked for the price and model information he said the price and details are written on each car we can see and that is final. He then walked away to greet some body else. I bought from Mckinney dealer the very next day. Do not recommend any body to this dealer ship as if pre sales is like this what can you imagine about after sales More
