In a shakedown drive of my new Outback to Gulf Shores Alabama, I got a software update message. I proceeded to do the update. As soon as I gassed up and did the update, the outback started to throw codes Alabama, I got a software update message. I proceeded to do the update. As soon as I gassed up and did the update, the outback started to throw codes. I took it to another Subaru dealership in Shreveport, Louisiana, who couldn’t figure out what to do. I reached out to Alexander Cormier via email on a Friday night. He immediately responded and said he would be happy to send me to the dealer in Mobile, Alabama, which is where we’d be the next day. He interrupted his Friday night date to help me! I wasn’t really expecting a response until Monday. Alex truly went above and beyond and gave reassurance on his own time. Would definitely recommend Alex as your surface representative if possible. Loving the new outback! More
