First let me start with full disclosure, Im a Fixed operations Director for a completely different Auto Group, but I value The Subaru brand and would only have my certified Preowned Service done at a S operations Director for a completely different Auto Group, but I value The Subaru brand and would only have my certified Preowned Service done at a Subaru shop, that being said, Im hyper critical, I reached out to a service manager and was connected with the drive manager, they were accommodating but failed to Communicate fully critical details that could have soured the experience but let me tell ya’ll, Maria Raldiris even though she just started as a service advisor (you learn quick in this business or you dont last) she blew me away!!! She was awesome, end of the day, she could see the light at the end of the tunnel and didnt let the hiccup in communication stop her, she got me a loaner, got my concerns detailed on the Repair order, as a professional I was impressed, as a customer I was won, her card is in my car and she will be my goto Service Advisor, mind you I didnt buy my car here I bought my vehicle at a competitor, as they were my local dealer at the time, mind you I havent spoken to those guys since I bought my vehicle, so guess who My people are now? Ewing Subaru, they were awesome! Buy and service with confidence these guys understand and know service, and go see Maria! Btw I wasnt just there for free stuff/warranty stuff as a professional in the industry I understand how important it is to do your factory recommended interval services, those always come out of pocket, and I was prepared for it,I wont take my Subie any where else in DFW! Great service from Edwin on the used car side and V in finance! Edwin and V were both very nice and helpful! Other sales members greeted me, held the door for me and seemed upbeat. The entire team seemed happy to help, with the exception of the front desk girl on the new car side. While I was waiting to sign docs, she seemed incredibly put out that I asked her to call Edwin to let him know I left my phone in the car. Rude and never showed any courtesy at all! She is NOT a fit for customer service. I'm so disappointed the dealership doesn't offer free car washes, used car warranty or satisfaction return policy. But, the car is in great shape and I was overall very pleased! Thank you!! More
