Was told by the manager that he can tell I’ve never read a full contract just by looking at me. Manager also walked away muttering under his breath along with the salesperson. He is a narcissist and a scammer avoid at all cost. I Walked outside to get some information from my bank where I was told by someone leaving that I should just take my business elsewhere and that the people inside were evil scammers. As I left out the manager told me he’d give me the deal without the excessive fees. From him saying that I knew he wasted my time for 3 hours trying to scam me instead of giving me he price I asked for initially. Was also told that my vehicle was there for only 1 day as it was damaged and extremely dirty inside. The listing for the vehicle had been posted for the past 2 months. Which leads up to the realization that these cars sit in the lot and rot until they can get some sucker to sign for double the cars value. They only service vehicles when they are sold, how could you trust them to properly service your vehicle when they lie before you even get inside? You can’t. Manager muttered under his breath “I guess some people don’t know math.” I confronted him and his partner who were laughing and told them I wasn’t disrespecting them why are they disrespecting me? Went to look at a car that was priced at $7,987. I went with my dad and drove it, we were ready to talk about the price and suddenly the final sale was $14,000. I was looking to pay cash, and because of that they said they had to add a bank reimbursement fee, which was another $3,000. Talking about the price further, they were charging $1,500 destination fee (?) which they claimed all dealers have (they don't), and its transportation to the dealership from where the car comes from. That is usually covered by the maker of the car, so not really sure why they're charging that. Was extremely disappointed with all these hidden fees. I was looking for cars today, and they have actually lowered the listing price to about $7,300. A bunch of scammers :) More

They are a liaison and advocate between you and the lender, and they fight for you to get in the right financial position! That’s what you want! Now the quality of cars … it’s a great range – a one stop shop. Everyone wants the Mercedes, if that doesn’t work out Audis are available, Nissans Toyotas if you don’t see it ask for it. Don’t rush it’s not a sprint out it’s a day out. Take your time you're investing in a vehicle why rush the deal? Location is very clean and accessible. I came from Southampton, Long Island, NY, and they met every expectation to put at ease get comfortable and let them do the job they are great at doing. Negative responses IMO is not at the fault of the salesperson people need to look at themselves before pointing fingers. Remember you have rights and options they let you know what it is.
