Ron R. And this dealership is a complete con and rip off. They distracted me with contacting insurance while quickly pushing the papers in front of my wife. And this dealership is a complete con and rip off. They distracted me with contacting insurance while quickly pushing the papers in front of my wife. Charged a $3995 additional addons fee to a used vehicle that had no additional add ons. They also sold us an extended warranty with no proper proof for $3800. These people need to be out of business and maybe in jail for fraud. I will be pursuing legal action. Stay away! More

So this Ron guy was “wanting to get us out faster” since we were already their at excel for 4+hours he had a lot of paper work and instead of explaining he said he will be sending us home with copies, well we were already their at excel for 4+hours he had a lot of paper work and instead of explaining he said he will be sending us home with copies, well what Excel did was up charged me $4,000 on my 10,000 car ! BUYER beware DO NOT trust these guys ! Now they won’t respond to emails or phone calls either ! Such xx ! More
