I casually strolled into Exceptional Motorcar a few weeks ago to see what was on the lot. Jake was quick to help and answered all of my questions. I drove an Acadia that day and really liked everything about it but I still wanted to weigh my options. I called Jake yesterday and told him I wanted to purchase it. I wasn't able to go in. My husband had contacted Jeremy not really knowing I had been working with Jake. Well needless to say they were both extremely helpful, accommodating and literally had everything completed for me over the phone. Christina was professional and kind even though I called with what seemed like a million questions. Mike made the financing painless. Each of them were personable and showed they are a people oriented team. I wasn't ignored. I also didn't feel overwhelmed. I was pleased with each and every person we came into contact with. This is the second car we have purchased from exceptional Motorcar and the only issue we did have they handled it quickly and completely and it was an older we had purchased for our kiddo. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from exceptional Motorcar. The staff is great and they make the process as comfortable as it can possibly be. More
