I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience of purchasing a truck from this place. From the moment I inquired about it till I drove off the lot. I found this truck on car gurus and sent a email in purchasing a truck from this place. From the moment I inquired about it till I drove off the lot. I found this truck on car gurus and sent a email inquiry. The salesman Paul responded the next day. The best part was there was no pressure, even with my busy schedule. Finally when I could nail down a date to come in it was a very comfortable, fun and welcoming experience. When I pulled in Paul met me at the door and had the truck right there, and ready to test drive! After my drive(which was on my own, again no pressure!), we sat down to talk numbers. It was very straightforward, how much can you put down, what kind of payment are you looking for. After that Paul went to finance department, came back literally within 5 minutes and had everything ready to go. From there I went to do all the paperwork signing...blah blah, but the gentleman doing was super friendly carrying on conversation. Oh so when it was all said and done I only had one set of keys. Paul said he would look into it. Mind you this truck was from Canada and a week later I get a text from Paul saying another set is on the way. Like 3-4 days later they were in my mailbox! I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from here! More

I had to drive 2 hours so i wanted to be very sure about the vehicle I was interested in, Paul did a great job doing a thorough review and letting me know exactly what I would see. I ran into a couple smal the vehicle I was interested in, Paul did a great job doing a thorough review and letting me know exactly what I would see. I ran into a couple small issues after the sale and he was very helpful and stand-up on resolving them to my satisfaction, Thanks Paul! The truck was extremely clean so kudos for getting it to as good as new clean, not a huge fan of the armor all but it wears away in a short time. I came on a Saturday and had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked for the financing piece, maybe they were short staffed that day but I guess it's not a fast food operation buying a vehicle :) Looking around it appeared as though they had great inventory with reasonable prices.
