The truck looked like it fit what I was looking for. I read the description of the vehicle and after the vehicle’s description they described their business philosophy. Since I was an out of state shopper their commitment to helping customers reassured me. I researched their website and all the reviews. This seemed like a company full of car/truck guys that I could trust. My sales rep, Christian, was FANTASTIC. He answered all my questions via text and phone calls. He did a video call with me and walked me through the entire vehicle pointing out all the good and bad. My vehicle had over 100,000mi so this was not a quick phone call. Christian took his time with me and let me see every part of the truck I requested. I felt confident enough to purchase over the phone. Christian picked me up from my shuttle drop point. The truck was exactly as described and there were no surprizes. I was able to get everything signed quickly and on the road home. The overall experience was better than I could have asked for and Christian was extremely helpful. I will continue to shop here despite the distance! More
