Bought a Porsche Panamera from Brett, thought it was a very clean car until I discovered that the main screen and passenger window were defective from my local Porsche dealer the next day and the screen i very clean car until I discovered that the main screen and passenger window were defective from my local Porsche dealer the next day and the screen is now not working on this new car that I payed a nice grip for, texted Brett he told me they didn’t have the right scanners to be able to see much on these cars and kept getting delayed for days on a simple yes or no question on if they would help me with the issue, never got any help. They were the most expensive and gave the least for my trade in by a lot was offered 1500$ more by 3 other dealers, chose to do business with them after they failed to get me approved and I had to go to my own credit union to get financing and come back from out of town because it seemed like they were a really clean and honest business I was very let down when they gave me the run around about needing help after giving them my business and trust, I didn’t even want the long list of maintenance fixed just the screen and I said I’d handle everything else including the defective passenger window, I feel like I payed full price and didn’t get what I payed for!
