Patrick found me fantastic financing and efficiently handled all of the paperwork via FedEx, Blake walked me through the out-of-state title/registration process, and Kory loaded up both vehicles and delivered them on a weekend through a snowstorm! How's that for customer service? We unloaded them and they were absolutely "as promised" in immaculate condition. EAW wouldn't even negotiate on the service, so I had to take the car to the Porsche dealer before I could drive it, and spend an additional thousand dollars for the 2 year service. Since I was an out of state shopper their commitment to helping customers reassured me. I researched their website and all the reviews. This seemed like a company full of car/truck guys that I could trust. My sales rep, Christian, was FANTASTIC. He answered all my questions via text and phone calls. He did a video call with me and walked me through the entire vehicle pointing out all the good and bad. My vehicle had over 100,000mi so this was not a quick phone call. Christian took his time with me and let me see every part of the truck I requested. I felt confident enough to purchase over the phone. Christian picked me up from my shuttle drop point. The truck was exactly as described and there were no surprizes. I was able to get everything signed quickly and on the road home.
