When I came to get my mom's car an oil change it was at least 20 people waiting to be serviced (without an appointment) and Richard made it a effort to make sure I was seen first. my experience was the worst, the sales person i had didn't know anything abut cars nor about sales. i was so frustrated i thought about giving the car back, and taking the bus! i had issues about gett didn't know anything abut cars nor about sales. i was so frustrated i thought about giving the car back, and taking the bus! i had issues about getting the second key, i had issues with a sensor and got not reply at all, i had to take my car to Virginia and rectify my self on my own. i brought the car on the 31st of July and had issues on the 2nd and it was like o well. i constantly had to go to upper management and complain. the rep that helped me get a -5 More
