The gentleman at the service desk was ok. Answering my questions and letting me know what service is needed. So on the other hand we gave the oil changer or (technician) The reason why this rating was he spilt oil on the engine, smell it burn off. Done it, use a rag. Dripped on my front bumper. The most disturbing is he left my right front tire at 24 pounds and did not replace cap.i can only assume that he was distracted, glad it wasn't a vett! More
