Great no pressue experience I purchased a new 2012 Durango from this dealership and was shopping for an upgrade. I saw a certified used 2014 Durango in Wallingford and made an a I purchased a new 2012 Durango from this dealership and was shopping for an upgrade. I saw a certified used 2014 Durango in Wallingford and made an appointment to test drive it. I was introduced to Chris (the GM) who asked Tim Harris (the sales specialist) to assist me. I test drove the vehicle, which was in pristine condition and priced to sell. The vehicle was not what I was looking for and would have been a downgrade to the 2012 Durango that I had. Tim suggested other vehicles they had to see if I was interested. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy anything he had to offer. It was a totally stress free, non-pressuring experience from the minute I walked into the showroom to the minute I was handed the keys to my new 2015 Durango. Tim was very knowledgeable about the Durango it was pleasure to purchase from this dealership.
