When I was ready to pickup the vehicle all the paperwork was done in advance and was in and out in about a half hour. At first, I wasn't crazy about the interior color (peanutbutter), but when he and Mike Pellegrino put their heads together, they came up with a fantastic deal that I just couldn't refuse.. with a great trade-in value for my car. I was introduced to Younes Zhar immediately upon entering the brand new Gengras Jeep dealership building and was taken by Younes' different approach as a car salesman. He was friendly, warm, and most importantly sincere and transparent and professional about the sales process. He went out of his way to be helpful and add value wherever possible. His partner team of Carlos, Michail in sales and Rami in the finance area were all the same. For me this was a unique and pleasantly different way to experience the always stressful path of purchasing a car through a dealership. I encourage anyone to reach out to this capable and friendly team at Gengras. They helped me make the right decisions for me and leave with a great car and feeling like they actually did care about experience and wanting me to have the right car for a fair price in this hyper inflation world we live in.. I will happily go back to Gengras and time will tell, but right now I have never had such a pleasant car-buying experience. My feeling is you can't go wrong with Younes and Michail working for you to get a car with the value you want. This dealer had a couple used vehicles that were comparable to another I found and liked at a different dealership. The salesman created an appointment for me that I didn't ask for. Then when I was able to stop by earlier and texted ahead of time that I was on my way, I was left in the dealership for 20 minutes without him seeing me after he was informed that I was there. On the phone with him a couple days later, he was trying to convince me that some remaining factory warranty on the used vehicles was only available if the vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned. Theirs were CPO and the other one at the other dealership was not. He was making some effort to come close to the deal I was getting through the other dealership, but was dishonest and pushy. I bought the vehicle from the other dealership.

Horrible customer service. Employees are very disrespectful especially Dave who’s in charge of repairs. He especially likes to talk down and belittle female customers. We bought a 2018 jeep in 2020, the dashboard started to buckle a few months after. We put in many claims for this issue as well as an issue with the rusted paint with Tracy, an Employee who no longer works there .We were told by Dave that Tracy took all of our files when she left and they have no records of our claims. They refuse to repair the issues. We will never purchase another Jeep from Fitzpatrick Dealer or recommend them to anyone.

She is patient and very knowledgeable about all of the options on the cars. she made it very easy for me to ask questions and look at several makes of cars; never did I feel pressured into a sale. I was offered a very generous trade-in for my car and drove out with a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. I would recommend doing business with this dealership and these people to everyone. They are there to please you.
