My husband and I have been shopping for a truck for approximately one month and were looking for either a used Ford or a used Silverado. This is what led us to the Executive Dodge dealership. When I called I spoke to Steve and explained that I wanted to look at it because it had a crew cab, low miles, but I was most concerned about the towing capacity because we tow a 7100 lb. 29 foot 2010 camper and would like to have maximum towing capacity of at least 8000 lb. When I arrived at the dealership the truck was conveniently parked out front and running since it was a hot 100 degree day. I met Nick who was polite and started to take my information, but since I really wanted to know the towing information, I stopped him because the truck was dependent on this. He quickly went to Ryan, the used car manager, who had Chevy experience and researched it. He explained why this would not be a good choice for me due to the towing limitations. I have to say I was quite disappointed because the truck was beautiful, but I truly appreciate his honesty because he could have sold me this truck and I would have had problems with it because it would not have been able to do what I wanted it to do. Both men were courteous and extremely helpful. They located another truck; a Dodge Ram. We made an appointment to see this truck. Unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations...there was too much body work that needed to be fixed, but Nick said he would keep in contact with us. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. Thank you. More

My wife and I were looking to find a low mile used car, that was good on gas. We needed to trade in our old Kia Mini van. We had reviewed many cars. He called Carlos and he went over the options of getting a new car with exceptional gas mileage and showed us how leasing was a better way to go and reduced our current loan payment by $30.00. We were very pleased with both Jaime and Carlos for all their help. Josh in finance went over all the final paperwork with us. He was extremely informative. He went over everything before having us sign any paperwork.It was the best experiance we have ever had at a dealership. I already referred one of my closest friends to go and talk to Jaime about purchasing a new Altima. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I could not have asked for a better salesmen. The Nissan/Jeep dealers was beautiful I didn't realize deal conveyance fee. After they explained it to me you get what you pay for this car was used and was perfect inside and out. In fact I think he's the one who felt the pressure to make us happy with our purchase and he passed with flying colors. I recently purchased a used Kia Spectra at Executive Dodge-Jeep and overall had a very good purchase experience. The sales person was courteous, reasonable and low-key, and worked out a good competitive price with me, and the dealership delivered the car in well-maintained tip-top shape. The dealership may have been a little aggressive in urging extended warranties, but discussions after the purchase reassured me that I got what I needed. Finally, this dealership promises a strong emphasis on customer service. I received a customer satisfaction survey right from the start and follow up calls to see how happy I was with my purchase. I am new to this dealership, but signs are very good that its service department is going support me vigorously in the future to keep my Spectra in good working order. More
Please I beg you, do not buy a car from this place. I bought a Certified 2006 Jeep Commander Limited from them in February 2009 and it has been a nightmare ever since. They seem great up front but as soo bought a Certified 2006 Jeep Commander Limited from them in February 2009 and it has been a nightmare ever since. They seem great up front but as soon as the deal was done it went all down hill from there. We agreed to buy the car but had some concerns and they assured us that they could take care of them. There were some scratches on the car that we wanted someone to try to buff out and a large scratch on the rear bumper that was very visible. It took bringing the car back to the dealership 4 different times to get this completely resolved, and I live more than an hour from where they are located. On top of that, as part of the Jeep Certified program, they are supposed to include two keys. Well they did include two keys but one of them was broken off at the part that attaches to a keychain. I brought this up to them and they said they could do nothing about it. After asking 4 more times, they finally said, well maybe we can fix it, let's give it to parts and see what they can do. Three months later after still not receiving the key and being assured over and over again that it had been mailed out, I wanted to know what they were going to do about it. They said "Nothing" and that they were not "required by law to provide a second key." UNBELIEVABLE. Finally, from the very beginning I noticed that the front brakes squeaked considerably and I brought that up as well. They had the service department look at it one of the multiple times I brought it back and said that everything looked fine, they "reset" the brakes and it was fixed. Well it wasn't fixed, and the next time I brought it in to my local Jeep dealership for regular service, I asked them to look at it. They said if they had sold me the car, they'd replace them at no charge. So I went back to Executive Jeep and told them I wanted it fixed. For once they actually agreed to do something, but of course only after having driven the car for three months with squealing brakes. I hope no one else has to go through the amount of frustration and anger that I went through with these complete morons. Once again, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EXECUTIVE JEEP DODGE OF WALLINGFORD. More
