I requested an oil change, tire rotation, and have my AC to be checked. All I got for an investigation of the AC unit was it wasn't putting out cold air. I already knew that by driving the car. I was told they had to do a diagnostic check and it would cost $189 and I have to leave the car all day. If I was told that when I booked the appointment I could have made arrangements. Secondly I find it appalling that Honda is going to charge $189 for this check. You had the car for an oil change, tire rotation and multipoint check, so why charge $189 when these other services are being performed. I would be charged the same if this was the only service to be performed. What you are doing is a cost accounting charge per item. Poor customer service! As far as the AC situation I could have been told what the cost was to add refrigerant, replace the unit, of some other common problem. AC systems are very basic. Air in, air out, cooled through a heat exchange process by using a compressor. I have owned 4 Hondas and have them all serviced by other Honda dealerships, 3 other dealerships, one in CT one Florida and one in Georgia. This dealership is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. More
