Had unplanned problem with my car. U spoke with Genna and explained importance if getting it repaired quickly. She fit me in to be serviced and out same day. .when AAA advised it would U spoke with Genna and explained importance if getting it repaired quickly. She fit me in to be serviced and out same day. .when AAA advised it would be 4 hrs b4 pick up time. When I called her she rescheduled it for early morning so I could have car by 10. I was very relieved since I had a very important medical apptment at noon.. which I was able to make .I was so thankful for Genna's going over and above..because of service reps like Genna and Shawn( who has helped me numerous times) I have trusted Executive many years with my car .thank you. My car was having an issue, as all the lights on the dashboard were coming on. I was trying to make it to the dealership, and the car was hesitating, I thought it was gonna stall, and I would have to be dashboard were coming on. They assured me that they would be able to help me. I did make it there, turned out to be the fuel pump which was covered under the warranty.. They are wonderful to deal with and highly recommend them. More
