I have been coming to Executive for many years for all my service needs and will continue to do so. I got a chance to drive a 2018 Civic EX coupe for my loaner car, as your department was very busy and was asked if I would not mind taking a loaner. As i have always had Accords in the past, it was a little different feeling at first, but overall no bad. Keep up the good work!!! Richard DeVito More
Exceptional service every time! I Honda Odyssey would not turn over. I brought the car in and was greeted by the incredible service team. It was late in the day on Friday. At the end of the day, I received a call with an update of the car. I also was given the name John Moore the person who would be following up with me on Saturday. Sure enough I received a call first thing in the morning letting me know the issue and cost estimate. When I arrived to pick up my car i was met by Jay Martin the Assistant Service Manager as well as John Moore my Service Advisor. Check out was a breeze. They are a phenomenal team! I would never have my car serviced anywhere else. They treat you like family and provide superior service; even a ticket for a free car wash. While car issues happen, I always look forward to seeing the great team at Executive Honda Service. I wouls never go anywhere else. They are the best!! Thank you Jay Martin and John Moore! Carol H. The service was performed expeditiously and they also did a multi-point check, rating the critical subsystems of the car (tires, brakes, etc). The service writer explained the ratings clearly, the cashier was friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The parts department was friendly and helped me find accessories for my new Honda Fit. The service writer helped me carry the accessories to my car. They also gave me a free car wash coupon, which I used. This dealership is the best by far. More

Executive Honda brings incompetence to a whole new level Had a car repaired at Executive Honda after getting rear ended. After the first visit upon driving the car home we notice that the break lights were n Had a car repaired at Executive Honda after getting rear ended. After the first visit upon driving the car home we notice that the break lights were not working. I mean come on it takes 2 and a half seconds to depress the breaks to see if they are working. I was so pissed that they allowed my wife on the road in such dangerous and illegal conditions. Took two more attempts just to get that fixed. After a month, and a lot rain, we notice the carpets were soaked. Come to find out they put the hatch on incorrectly which cause rain to leak, go into the tire well, under the back seat and flood the carpet. There had to be 3-4 gallons of water in the car. After 6 more attempts (oh we repair it, it would rain again, oh we repair it again) and the fact that they left puddles IN the car, I had to threaten to sue before they would remove the carpet. Finally after removing the carpet they found more water pooling under the carpet. We just finally got the car back after 7 days. We will see if it is fixed this time. Executive Honda brings incompetence to a whole new level. More

He was not very pushy but determined to sell the best car that fit our needs. I totally recommend Rex and Honda Wallingford. It was a great experience and I have a new CR-V 2017. More

I have been in the showroom several times over the past year and was never aggressively approached by a sales person, which I totally was grateful for, as I don't like to be pressured. The process went very timely and smoothly. I selected my Honda Fit this Wednesday and all the paperwork, etc. was finalized so I was able to pick it up mid-afternoon on Friday. CHEATERS IS THE WORD THAT BEST FITS THEM I bought this Honda Accord 2010 in 2013 at 30,000 miles. It now has 50,000 miles. On July 17, 2015 just 10 minutes into highway after start, the veh I bought this Honda Accord 2010 in 2013 at 30,000 miles. It now has 50,000 miles. On July 17, 2015 just 10 minutes into highway after start, the vehicle engine overheated, check engine indicator came on and smoke started coming from the hood. I immediately stopped and towed it to my regular local mechanic. He suspected a sure case of blown head gasket/faulty cylinder head causing this overheating and suggested me to check with Honda if they can cover this under the power train warranty (60000 miles or 5 years). My warranty period ended 3 months ago but vehicle was well under 60000 miles for Honda to cover under warranty. So I towed the vehicle to the Executive Honda Wallingford dealership the next day. The next day the service advisor Ryan Higgs called and said the radiator had a hole and the thermostat is destroyed. And he gave a RIDICULOUS reason that some stone or particle would have caused this hole and also said since this hole was caused by a natural phenomenon this will not be covered by warranty. A stone in American roads? Are you kidding me?. He called me again and said this might also be a case of blown head gasket, which is unusual for a 50,000 miles vehicle. He said they have to repair the radiator and thermostat (all at my expense 1150$) first and see if the vehicle holds or not. Here they are repairing the effects instead of finding the root cause. Then if it doesn’t they will go to the head gasket/cylinder head (again at my expense of 400-500$ they will tear the engine). I called call Honda America, they called dealership and they said the same thing and even if they find the head gasket/head is the issue(which will be thousands of dollars to repair) they wont cover under warranty and gave all sorts of NONSENSE reasons like natural cause, I am not the first owner of the vehicle and haven’t serviced with them etc etc clearly with the intention of avoiding the warranty. Whatever stupid reasons you give me A HONDA ENGINE SHOULD NOT GO BAD AT 50000 MILES AND IF IT DOES IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. I took the vehicle to a mechanic who teared and found a blown head gasket and warped cylinder head and I am now facing a huge bill to repair it. I would associate the words CHEATERS OR FRAUD with them and not the words CUSTOMER SERVICE any near. More
