I loved that she took the time to answer all my questions and paired my Bluetooth, showed me how to work my remote start (apparently I had one on my last car and didn't even know it); and went through the car with me from soup to nuts. We can't say we dislike all car salesmen anymore! Driving into the lot we had that old feeling that we would be hunted. We knew what we came to find out and we were readying ourselves to withstand the pressure that always inevitably comes. Upon meeting William Volta he proved to be a good and reasonable guy. He was polite and easygoing even though I'm sure he felt anxious about doing what he was hired to do. After getting our questions answered with the help of David Jones, we were not positive we should make the purchase and, as everyone wise knows, you should never buy a car right away. They asked all the questions they're supposed to to understand where we were coming from and we knew that they really didn't want us to walk out that door. But we were firm about needing time and even though I'm sure they didn't want to lose a sale they shook our hands and wished us the best. Normally at this time is when you see the faces change and the cold walls come up. Not with these guys. They were just as warm as when we walked in. We left and took some time to look around and discuss the purchase and decided it was what we wanted to do. I will say that if they turned into the old school typical salesmen we would have found the same car somewhere else. But we were welcomed back and everyone was professional and relatable. Walked in just to look...Walked out with my dream Jeep!! I have always wanted a jeep and on a Monday night I decided to go look at one! My family and I were familiar with Executive since my cousin and brothe I have always wanted a jeep and on a Monday night I decided to go look at one! My family and I were familiar with Executive since my cousin and brother had both bought jeeps from them. I had an awful experience with my last buying car experience and right away I knew this one was going to be different. I wasn't pushed to buy anything but made to feel accommodated. Our sales man, Timothy Velez, was extremely helpful. He listened to all my wants and went out of his way to find me the vehicle I wanted. I got to walk away with a brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee! He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process easier. He even has checked up on me and asked if I had any questions about the vehicle.
