I recently purchased my very first Jeep from Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I could not have had a better experience! While I’ve purchased vehicles from other Shaker dealerships in the past, this was my first time working with this particular location, and the entire team was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, extraordinarily friendly, and genuinely made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I knew what I was looking for, and they went above and beyond to find the right Jeep for me. What impressed me even more was how smoothly they handled everything knowing that I live out of state. They were able to get the Jeep to me and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely seamless. From the sales team to everyone else I interacted with at the dealership, the level of customer service was exceptional. They made me feel like they were just as excited about my first Jeep as I was! We did not buy the exact vehicle we went to look at, but could not be happier with the vehicle we ended up with. Josh was an excellent salesman and gave us all the time we needed for a test drive. Purchasing a vehicle from Smithhaven hasn’t been the problem. We’ve purchased/leased several vehicles and always got a good deal, however, the problems have been service relateThe lack of followip, delays in scheduling an appointment and the getting a loaner. When we purchased the vehicle, getting a loaner, was first and foremost and never a problem ( as per the salesman) but it could take 3 months to obtain a loaner, especially when your car is tied up for days. The biggest issue I have with service, is FOLLOW-UP, COMMUNICATING with a human, and not always feel that I’m being fleeced, especially with bumper to bumper coverage, on my 4th purchase . I’m done with them!

This dealer had a couple used vehicles that were comparable to another I found and liked at a different dealership. The salesman created an appointment for me that I didn't ask for. Then when I was able to stop by earlier and texted ahead of time that I was on my way, I was left in the dealership for 20 minutes without him seeing me after he was informed that I was there. On the phone with him a couple days later, he was trying to convince me that some remaining factory warranty on the used vehicles was only available if the vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned. Theirs were CPO and the other one at the other dealership was not. He was making some effort to come close to the deal I was getting through the other dealership, but was dishonest and pushy. I bought the vehicle from the other dealership.

Horrible customer service. Employees are very disrespectful especially Dave who’s in charge of repairs. He especially likes to talk down and belittle female customers. We bought a 2018 jeep in 2020, the dashboard started to buckle a few months after. We put in many claims for this issue as well as an issue with the rusted paint with Tracy, an Employee who no longer works there .We were told by Dave that Tracy took all of our files when she left and they have no records of our claims. They refuse to repair the issues. We will never purchase another Jeep from Fitzpatrick Dealer or recommend them to anyone.

She is patient and very knowledgeable about all of the options on the cars. she made it very easy for me to ask questions and look at several makes of cars; never did I feel pressured into a sale. I was offered a very generous trade-in for my car and drove out with a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. I would recommend doing business with this dealership and these people to everyone.
