I showed him a couple of discount coupons that I printed out from your website for the service that I needed to have completed. He responded that discounts were already applied with the quote he provided. When the vehicle had been serviced, the total charge came to a little over $200 and the agent did not explain why it cost more than what he originally quoted. Nothing more was done than the usual 20,000 mile service. More
