I understand that they were hit with the pandemic but that does not excuse price gouging and lack of customer service. Had leak in tire, they said it was valve stem. $212 later turns out it was a nail in tire they missed. Did they offer to compensate by taking off a few dollars off a replacement tire? NO! They instead tried to sell me TWO tires! Went to Town Fair Tire and turns of the exact same tire was over $100 less and a replacement valve stem was half the price!!! For few bucks they lost our business - we bought our cars there, had them serviced exclusively there for years. Now they lost our long term business because they turned to a rip-off!!! More

Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous when it came to my service appointment. I had a radiator leak and he got me right in, put me in a rental and made sure the work was completed in a timely fas came to my service appointment. There was a little bit of a wait until Meghan greeted me to commence my visit, but it was to be expected due to the current pandemic. She was wonderful and knowledgeable.
