Alberto is reliable and easy to work with. He was easy to talk to and understanding. Sucks that 2 yrs into new vehicle multiple issues under 60,000 miles. I was so impressed with the quality of service he received, I bought my vehicle from Executive in 2012 when my perfect car was available. I love my car and depend on it to get me where I need to go safely. I know I could save money by not having maintenance and repairs done at the dealership, but I know I am getting quality care for my car. Quality care I didn't feel I got elsewhere with my two previous vehicles. Mike Jones sold me my car and to this day makes a point to stop by and say hi to me when I come in. Mr. Jones is an asset and when it is time for a new vehicle, I will seek out Mike to work with me to acquire my next baby. Liz, Anthony and Jason have always taken the time to understand my concerns when I bring my car in for service and really take the time to explain the needs, and repairs. They keep me in the loop if my car is going to take longer than originally anticipated. I can't say enough about the folks I have interacted with at Executive Jeep Nissan. Very top notch. More
Good job I brought my car in for an oil change and found out there was a recall. John scheduled an appointment for the next day to get this fixed. The next day I dropped off my car and received a ride back to my house. They fixed the recall and the leak in one day and my car is working wonderfully! More
