We love bringing our vechiles to this dealership. They are very honest with me and they explain everything that is being done to our cars so that we can understand what is going on. They are also honest with us if a vehicle is not worth fixing, which happened to us recently. They also let us know when something might have to be fixed in the near future, but they always tells us how long to get it repaired. I feel like they are keeping us safe by keeping us informed. I also like getting emails when it gets close to the time of service, which is great for me because I have senior citizen brain cell misfires at times. I love all the guys in the service department. They all do a great job. These people are wonderful and I enjoy all of them. They make me feel comfortable and they make me laugh. Keep up the good work. More

My husband and I came in to orginally see the chevy impala that was for sale. We were very disappointed when we saw it. But we went in to see what else we can look at. The special finance manager, Te impala that was for sale. We were very disappointed when we saw it. But we went in to see what else we can look at. The special finance manager, Teresa, came up to us....didn't even greet us. As a matter of fact, nobody greeted us at the door. We went to the receptionist and ask to see the consultant that my husband talked to online. We told Teresa what we were approved for and she replied " I don't know nothing about that." We were then introduced to Mike Schweikert. He understood our circumstances and treated us with the upmost respect. He was funny, down to earth and made us feel very comfortable. It was like we knew him for years. He is one of the best sales consultants you have there. He got us a car with what we wanted. If we were ever to come back and get another car we would diffently want to work with him and only him. Thanks Mike for a great experience. You really know your stuff. More

When I had a flat tire Todd went above and way beyond the call of duty on a Sunday to get me a tire!! That man is a god send a real asset to the dealership! Jackie was in contact with my husband and i through email and phone until i finally set up an appointment. She matched us up with Joe who, although young, had exceptional knowledge of the business, the inven and phone until i finally set up an appointment. She matched us up with Joe who, although young, had exceptional knowledge of the business, the inventory and the specific cars we were interested in. He also possessed wonderful 'people skills'. We walked in at 10am, unsure and skeptical that we could afford to trade in both of our older vehicles for TWO newer, yet used, vehicles. Yet we left at 1pm knowing we had gotten the financing we needed at the interest rate we desired, with payment amounts and schedules we are confident we can handle. We are more than just happy with our 'new' used cars, we are excited and my brother and mother have both talked about how "easy i made it sound". I have passed along Joe's business cards so they can go see him also. I owned a Kia Sephia back in 2002 and i already had a 9 year old and a 2 year old. When the last baby came along, i couldn't fit the 9 yr old in the back seat with two car-seats, so i had to trade it in for a mom van. Now, with my oldest out of high school and looking into buying his own car (also referred to Joe), I am able to unload the mom van and come back home to my Kia. I am a happy mom today.
