From the time I first contacted Jackie via internet sales and on, it was a great experience. Jackie was just as personable in person as she was on the phone. When I came to the dealership, she introduced me and on, it was a great experience. Jackie was just as personable in person as she was on the phone. When I came to the dealership, she introduced me to Chin to go over and test drive the vehicle we had discussed previously. Chin was knowledgeable, honest and easy to talk to. He laid out everything and did not pressure me to make a deal on the spot. Later in the day I returned with my wife so she could test drive the car before I made up my mind and instead of us having to wait until Chin was done with his current customer, he asked Mike Schweikert to help. Mike took my wife on her test drive then helped us out with getting the paper work going for our new purchase. We had a pretty good conversation going the whole time. When I picked up my new car, Chin ran through all I needed to know about my new car and sent me on to Gavin. Gavin was straight forward and made signing all the paper work seem to fly by. There were no hidden add-ons or special extras which I've had with every car dealership I have ever dealt with in the past. Together, they had me in and out of the dealership with my new car quickly. I was introduced to Larry Dorfman who was nice and professional but had no idea I would be a hard customer because I don't like alot of cars and finding one I liked that was a good fit for me was a challenge. I found a car that was on the location of another one of your dealerships they worked that out and I am a very happy customer in a car that I love with an affordable payment. I can say Executive Kia did provide me with a wonderful shopping experience. No games, my questions were answered, explanations were given and the few little things to be tweaked by the service dept. have been handled quickly without any irritation. I would surely recommend Executive Kia to anyone shopping especially if you have credit challenges this is the dealership to go too, no run arounds and time wasted or being made to feel you have to settle and drive anything. I stopped in to Executive Kia to look at a used Forte Koupe that I saw advertised online. When I got there it had already been sold. I told him that I was not shopping for a new car but with the Sales Manager Todd's help, they put together a deal that I could not walk away from and I ended up purchasing the 2013 Fort Hatchback that day. I first chose Executive Kia because I have used their service dept. for my Nissan Versa and they do a great job but I found out that the Sales Staff is just as customer service oriented. The way that they worked together was like my basketball team in transition, unselfish and passing the ball to the open player, and they made the Slam Dunk. That is why they Won my business. More
