Executive Kia - Service Center

I bought my 2004 Saturn ION brand new at this dealer and they have serviced my vehicle all these years. I cannot remember a time that I did not get excellent service from the guys at the service desks or th they have serviced my vehicle all these years. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that the car was serviced and repaired accurately. If I had a problem or concern it was addressed professionally and swiftly. I would like to give a special thanks to Tucker and Rick, as well as the repair crew. I totally recommend this dealer from buying a car all the way to the service that I got on my car for the 17 years and 215,556 miles that it operated. More

I’m not sure what to think. It was an insurance claim, but I was able to drive it there. I have no idea why it’s taking so long.
