When people talk about buying a car, they usually talk about the vehicle. For me, this journey was about something much bigger—it was about hope, compassion, perseverance, and being given another chance. about the vehicle. For me, this journey was about something much bigger—it was about hope, compassion, perseverance, and being given another chance. Over the past several years, life tested me in ways I never imagined. Health challenges, unexpected job losses, and financial hardships affected my credit and made what should have been a simple purchase feel almost impossible. My credit score reflected some of the hardest chapters of my life, but it never reflected my character, my determination, or my willingness to rebuild. Despite everything, I never stopped trying. I worked hard to pay down my previous auto loan until I owed only $233, traded in my faithful “Old Betsy” for $500, and prayed that somehow the right opportunity would come along. That opportunity came through Executive Kia in Wallingford. From the very beginning, Ouafaa treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, patience, and respect. She never made me feel judged or defined by my past. Instead, she reminded me that I was more than a credit score. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, communicated with lenders, explored every possible option, and never gave up on me. She even came in on her day off to personally meet me at the dealership and make sure everything went smoothly. That level of dedication and selflessness is something I will never forget. Ouafaa didn’t just help me buy a car; she helped turn a difficult chapter into a new beginning. When I learned that Capital One Auto Finance approved my application, I was overwhelmed with gratitude. Thanks to Ouafaa, the incredible team at Executive Kia, and Capital One Auto Finance, I’m proudly driving my brand-new 2026 Kia K4 LXS. This wasn’t just a car purchase—it was a second chance, a fresh start, and proof that kindness, compassion, faith, and someone believing in you can truly change a life. To Ouafaa and the entire Executive Kia team: thank you for treating me with dignity, patience, and genuine care. Your professionalism and dedication transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one of the most meaningful milestones of my life. I will never forget your kindness or the way you made me feel throughout this journey. Thank you for believing in me when I needed it most. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. — Christine Polanco 🙏🏽💚 More
