On 10/20/21 Service repaired Bad rotors on 2018 Toyota RAV4 I just purchased from Kia Executive in Wallingford on 10/9/21.. The front brakes stopped crunching but the back brakes are grinding now. The RAV4 I just purchased from Kia Executive in Wallingford on 10/9/21.. The front brakes stopped crunching but the back brakes are grinding now. The inspection report form 10/21/21 shows back brakes will require service. Why sell me a car with worn brakes & inconvenience me in having to interrupt my work and home life during a pandemic? The staff are very nice so that helps me with my level of dissatisfaction. A call to my bank about this matter was helpful as well. More
