Tire pressure monitor problem Bought a new 2014 Optima SX Turbo in January. I had the dealership mount aftermarket snow tires and wheels for me at the time of pickup. Almost imme Bought a new 2014 Optima SX Turbo in January. I had the dealership mount aftermarket snow tires and wheels for me at the time of pickup. Almost immediately all 4 tire pressure monitor sensors indicated a problem. The tire pressures were within the range and no other abnormal problems were noted. I brought the car to the dealership where the service department guys determined that the aftermarket tires and wheels were fine, but the sensors were for a 2013. The sensors for 1013 were different from the 2014. They replaced the sensors with OEM at no cost to me, even though it was not their problem and everything has been fine since. Nice work. More

They are also the friendliest people to have to talk with about my vechile which sometimes is another language to me.I ask a lot of questions!! And may I add I consider them like family! I am a single mom and to know there are people I can trust with my safety. More

Every time i go in for service I am greeted with a smile, amd rick and jeremy make sure to recommend the things i need. I appreciate that they prepare me when i have large services coming up. I always know ahead of time what to expect price wise. Weather you purchased from Executive Kia or somewhere,get your service done there. A great team all around. As with any dealership, the prices are a bit higher than your local mechanic. There is something to be said,however, about paying a bit more for the knowledge and experience the dealership has with your car. All around, a great experience at not just the executive kia service department, but with the executive and liberty dealerships in general. I have dealt specifically with the Honda, Dodge, Nissan, and Kia dealerships and feel comfortable with any of them working on my car. More
I had a great experience today and my questions about the wear on my brakes and tires were answered. The actual to current wear was explained clearly. I still ok's the replacement of the cabin air filter wh wear on my brakes and tires were answered. The actual to current wear was explained clearly. I still ok's the replacement of the cabin air filter which to me is just a silly thing to do as manufacturers put it in a place the cost more in labor than actual part. On my other car, I do not even care to replace it. I did it on this one as it is newer car and will probably be the last time I do it. More
I always take my vehicle to get serviced at executive kia. The staff is always so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They always make you feel comfortable and that you are a priority.
