Friendly maintenance service, is the reason why I kept going back to this KIA. Parts, are overpriced! Recently I was quoted $160 for a side view mirror. My son located a new mirror for $40. I don't mind paying a little more, but really 4 times more is not acceptable. I will still go to this KIA dealership for maintenance service, but will shop around when other work is needed.
