Rick and Brian are wonderful and also Carl. Never giving me a chance to rescind. I can't remember her name, and I never got the call back. Which was very disappointing because that was the first time in 9yrs that i got someone that RUDE. More

i had a promotion from kia for a oil/tire rotation for the same price of an oil change being i needed an oil change i decided to take advanage. I was only going to get my oil changed but the service rep c the same price of an oil change being i needed an oil change i decided to take advanage. I was only going to get my oil changed but the service rep convinced me to have tires rotated. My reasoning was i didnt want to spend a lot of time there but to my surprise all the work was performed in less than an hour.I was very pleased with the outcome! More
