Executive Volkswagen - Service Center

I bought my EOS in FL in June 2007. I moved to CT in Jan of 2008. I have had more problems than I expected. But, Montessi Service Department has gone above and beyond what I ever would have expected sin of 2008. I have had more problems than I expected. But, Montessi Service Department has gone above and beyond what I ever would have expected since I did not purchase my car from them. They listen, are professional, very friendly, and always are there if I need them. Brian Murray and Stacie Lehoux are whom I have mainly dealt with. They always inform me of what was or needs to be done. Answer any question I have. And I never feel like I am at the bottom of the ladder since I am still under warranty. The Service Techs. are certified and treat my car as if it was purchased there. When I decide to buy a new EOS I would not hesitate to buy from Montessi. I bought my car 6 months ago and took the car in for its 10K check up (no charge). They were efficient and polite and got the job done in less than an hour. I purchaced this used car from Montesi and had a check engine light come on . I didn't expect a problem so soon after delivery.When I called the service department I spoke with Greg and his demeaner was c engine light come on .
