I had a very good buying experience at Exeter Subaru. I happened to purchase a new Subaru Outback on a day when my husband was not able to be with me. I started thinking about buying a Subaru last year and visited the dealership. I decided to wait, but around November or December, Eric Pokorski called me to introduce himself and ask if I was still in th visited the dealership. He told me he would check in with me in about a month. Each time he called me he would suggest a time to check back with me until I finally said I was ready to come in and take a look. After that I deferred my appointment at least 7 or 8 times, until any normal human being would have given up on me. I was impressed by Eric's friendly follow-through, and finally made it in to the dealership. From that moment until now, when I am driving my new car, my experience was excellent. Eric was consistently pleasant and took me through the process with equanimity. The only negative thing I can say is that the day I wanted to purchase the car, the manager was unable to make time for me and I had to leave before closing the deal (much to Eric's chagrin, I am sure). I did go back a few days later to complete the sale and sign the paperwork. If it hadn't been for Eric's congenial style and all the effort he had put in, I might have been tempted to go to a different dealer. The manager I did end up signing all the paperwork with, Greg, could not have been more helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. All-in-all the atmosphere was friendly, the information was straightforward and i have come away feeling happy with the whole experience! More

Dan Bottomley was very friendly and non-pressuring, even when I wanted to test drive yet another vehicle(!). Wow what a wonderful car buying experience! I have been looking for a used car for months and the from other dealerships I got people telling me what I wanted, short and uninformative test drives (at one p looking for a used car for months and the from other dealerships I got people telling me what I wanted, short and uninformative test drives (at one place none at all), and hastey sales representatives. At Exeter Subaru I was given the chance to really get comfortable in the car I purchased. The test drive was long enough for me to envision that this could be the car that I will drive everyday. We even stopped in a parking lot to talk about the features of the car and check visibility, reversing, etc. The paperwork moved along quickly and Jennifer was quite attentive, making sure everything was right every step of the way to avoid any hassles later. Along with my awesome car, I got almost $1500 in free services for the first year including some oil changes, check ups, and tire rotations. AND if I bring someone back who purchases a car there, I get $500! What an awesome incentive! I've already started telling my friends. Overall, this is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. The staff is awesome, the cars are awesome, and the prices are awesome. More
