My wife & I went to the Subaru dealer in Exeter because we had dealt with them in the past. This was the second time we dealt with John Webster. He was very friendly to deal with. We really liked everything about it and got exactly the options we wanted and never felt pressured. We have only had the car a couple of days but we thoroughly enjoy driving it. More

My overall experience at Exeter Subaru was great! John was very helpful and did everything he could to make my car buying experience a good one. The reason I rated the dealership as a 4 on price is becau was very helpful and did everything he could to make my car buying experience a good one. The reason I rated the dealership as a 4 on price is because I could not get them to reduce the price more, I thought my trade in was worth more than I was allowed, and the price I finally accepted did not include the documentation fee of $922 on top of the prep fee. I think the documentation fee should definitely be mentioned before coming to a final decision. I will recommend Exeter Subaru to others but will alert them to the extra fee. More

Not knowing the new car buying process, I almost signed for (know knowing it was a commitment to purchase) the car at msrp, but was able to ask a few questions first, figure it out, and work with them to negotiate a deal that I am pretty happy with. Their service center is really nice as well, and they were able to answer all the questions I had about my new car, and the available accessories for it; They also did a good job installing the accessories I bought with my car. Overall, I think that it would be hard to find another car dealership as low stress as Exeter Subaru, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase. More
