I met with John to review what was available and to get information. I was pleased that he did not put pressure on me to buy right then and answered my questions and gave me information on vehicles that I could review on my own. When I was ready to purchase a new car, I called John and went to the dealership to see what was there and to test drive a new car. John was very helpful on the test drive. He pointed out the operation of the car and its safety features. He took time to have me test drive under various conditions. I felt comfortable with the situation and did not feel pressured. When it came to price, the dealership came close to my price so that I decided to purchase although they did not meet my exact request. I was also pleased that I was not pressured to buy additional options or to buy extended warranty coverage when I said no the first time. The follow up from the dealer and John has been respectful and I expect to do business with these folks for some time to come. My rating is based on the above experience. More
