I just bought my first Subaru and I couldn't have had a more plesant experience. When I first called, someone answered right away, and was able to tell me whether the car was still available or not. The test drive loop is great because it includes both highway and back roads letting you get a feel for how the car runs. To top it off they send you away with a full tank of gas.
