I have been looking for more than 6 months and over a dozen dealerships, and it was the same run around salesman to sales manager to insanely low ball trade offers or good trade offers but always just out of my budget like they never heard what i said.........NEVER had that with Exeter Subaru it's was one of the easiest and pleasurable buying/leasing experiences in my life. I found you in a Facebook ad, and it caused me to call, and spoke to Jimmy a very pleasant person, and i decided to drive down, Jimmy greeted me and turned me over to Mitch, Another GREAT person we chatted told him what i was looking to do, and he showed me a car, but wasn't sure it would fit my budget, he suggested a different car, then he talked with Jimmy and came back with 2 offers one for a Cross Trak and one for an Impreza, i took the Impreza, then i was turned over to Maggie a SUPER Nice Person Who got totally where i was coming from and helped get me there. and Now i'm Driving that Impreza, i can't say it enough this dealership is the best on the seacoast (and i worked in dealers for over 40 years) Thank you Exeter Subaru for a Great Experience. I came in with a list of requirements for a used car at 430 pm. I had the model type, age, mileage and price I was looking for. I was intending to visit Subaru, Toyota and Honda. My wife LOVES her Forrester, so I started with Subaru. I gave Dominic my list of requirements. He comes back and says I have a vehicle that exceeds your mileage and price goals. He pulled the Outback around and the car was gorgeous!!! Looked like new, had more features than I was expecting. and more room than my previous SUV. I told Dominic I would take it, made a deposit and it was mine in under 30 minutes. Came back the next day after work and they had everything ready for me. Maggie had us in and out in no time and did a super job explaining options. Super friendly, not pushy and i was driving home in under an hour !! Great experience. Very Pleased. More

On our way from Rhode Island to Maine for vacation recently we starting hearing a clanking noise from one of our tires. We purchased a brand new Subaru Outback on Tuesday July 9. It has been a very long time since we have bought a new car. We were completely overwhelmed with all the new electronics that now come in the new 9. It has been a very long time since we have bought a new car. But we soon learned Subaru actually has a full time employee whos job is to teach new Subaru owners how to use thier new car! I could not have been more relieved to hear this. We were contacted by Donna McDonald the following Monday. She had just started her new job with Exeter Subaru that day and here she was contacting us to schedule a one on one appointment for her to start teaching how to maneuver all the new features. We meet with her that Friday and she spent time showing us how to set up the safetly features we wanted. She also ansewered any questions we had, we actually started there. This service that Subaru offers is a life saver for anyone buying a brand new car. Donna McDonald helps you to understand the eletronics and removes the stress of seeing all those apps on your new dashboard! Did I love my new Outback, yes, but after meeting with Donna we really love our new car even more and are no longer intimidated by it. We are now enjoying all it has to offer. The meeting with Donna isn't a one and done thing. You have the ablilty to call, email or text her with any questions that come up after you meet with her. And trust me, there are many other questions that have come up. She may not be available at the exact moment you contact her but she will always get back to you. Thank you Donna for helping us to really enjoy our brand new Subaru Outback. I would also like to add, Subaru is the only car I drive. I will never own any other brand of vehicle. Why would we, they have always been great vehicles for us and we never get stuck in the snow. Now with the Subaru In-Person Love Encore service with Donna McDonald it just makes my love for Subarus that much stronger. Thank you again Donna for your very thorough training session! More
