I was really disappointed with my experience trying to purchase a car with Ann in Exeter. I brought someone with me that has more experience buying cars and she was snapped at anytime she tried to ask a q purchase a car with Ann in Exeter. I brought someone with me that has more experience buying cars and she was snapped at anytime she tried to ask a question. When we were asking her to check with her manager on some pricing, we were asked if we had any other questions because she doesn’t like going back and forth to his office. When she gave me the final amount they were willing to negotiate, I asked to step outside to discuss it. When I came back in I said I’d like to take the night to think about it because it was a little more than I was looking to spend. Also something that shouldn’t be an unreasonable request when spending over $15,000. She then proceeded to be very cold and treated me as if I wasted her time. I tried asking for her to look into another number and we were told she would have looked into it before, but no longer would. I told her it didn’t seem like she really wanted to help me. She responded that she was trying to educate me, but did not want my friend to be involved. I told her while I understood she was trying to educate me, my friend was simply trying to help me and that it was inappropriate for her to be getting so upset that we had questions. If I’m making a 5 figure purchase I expect for my questions to be answered and to be treated with kindness and repspect. This was an incredibly disappointing experience. I ended up going to Ira Subaru in Manchester and worked with Shawn. The experience was night and day. It might have been a further drive, but it was worth the trip. I pick up my new car this weekend.
