unfriendly/unprofessional service agents On October 3, I took my car in for a level 3 tune up this also included obtaining a loaner vehicle. (Let me say before I continue that I have been goi On October 3, I took my car in for a level 3 tune up this also included obtaining a loaner vehicle. (Let me say before I continue that I have been going to this dealership for a while/bought my car there and had never had this experience) However, to continue, when I went back for my car I noted that the windshield was cracked (about 12 inches or more). I informed the service staff who came out and one took a picture and was immediately dismissive of the fact that the damage could have been done on the premises. While this was being addressed another service person came to inform me that I did not fill up the loaner car ( which I had as I was told that morning that it would have cost $5/gal to fill up at the dealership). I must admit, I was upset at having two things happening at the same time. The service person insisted they would have to charge me for extra gas, I refused. Back to my windshield, I was told someone would contact me the next day, and when they did, they again reiterated that the damage was not done by them and went on to say there were cameras around. I asked for the service manager who was not available but I was told he would get back to me. This took close to 48 hours. When the service manager called, he started by saying that his staff did not inform him of damages to the car which they would have done if it was due to their negligence and he reviewed the films and he is sure it was not them. He went on to say that the attendant informed him that my visor was down and therefore I did not see the damage on the passenger side of the car. I assure it the damage was not there when I left my car and neither was there a markup of damages on the receipt I got for the monies I paid for my car. Overall, the way I was "handled" as a customer was below the standard of Subaru. I assure you I will never use this dealership again and will go elsewhere for my regular checkup. thank you. More

buying a new car from todd frampton Went looking for a new car, I was looking for a good deal my wife wanted another outback wagon #3. Did a lot of shopping on line and newspaper ads and had a list of different makes and models new and used at different dealers. 1st stop Exeter Subaru we looked at cars on the lot found what we wanted at the price we wanted and advertised in the paper. Went inside and met Todd Frampton a very pleasant very knowledgeable a great salesman.. I made my mind up right then this was the car we wanted. My wife wanted to look some more so off we go to other dealers didn't find what we looking for went back to Exeter Subaru met with Todd Frampton talked about the car we were interested in he was very informative very patient very laid back he took us for a test ride a nice leisurely no rush ride took the time to go over the controls how everything worked. Went back to Exeter Subaru to do paper work very quick no hassle paid price that was listed. Car was detailed while we were doing paper work. My wife and I are very happy we choose Exeter Subaru to buy her a new car and we are both happy that we had Todd Frampton to help us. More
