After sleeping on it, we decided on a Crosstrek with a few unique options and Todd was able to find us a new car, in our price range, with all the features we wanted. Only took a few minutes. 2 Enjoyable Experiences So here is my long story and why I came back to this delearship... One year prior, my boyfriend was in search of a new vehicle. It was a tedious expe So here is my long story and why I came back to this delearship... One year prior, my boyfriend was in search of a new vehicle. It was a tedious experience that consisted of about a dozen or so dealerships with the same experience. No one seemed to want to work with us or readily approached us. No one seemed to want to work with our price range while helping us get what we want. Granted, it might be because we are a younger couple in our early 20's. However, that changed when we went to Exeter Subaru. Exeter Subaru is a longer drive for us but they had the car we liked online. When we got there, Jon approached us and he was fabulous! He was patient, compassionate, enthusiastic, friendly, and other positive adjectives. We ended up purchasing a WRX from Jon. While we we're there, I sat in a Forester for the fun of it even though I wasn't in the market for a car. I told my boyfriend that's going to be my next vehicle. One year later, I was in the market for a car. We knew we were going back to Exeter Subaru but still looked at a couple of other dealerships for other potential vehicles in our area. My heart was still set on the Forester and we wanted to work with Jon again. However, he was busy with another customer but we were in the area so we decided to stop by to see what they had available. Todd immediately approached us with a friendly smile. We is just as amazing as Jon. He's charming, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable, and other positive adjectives. Todd helped me get a Forester within my budget. He took his time showed me everything and explained the options on the vehicle then went over everything again. All of the staff was very friendly and greeting my son and I when they made eye contact. A girl that grew up in a all Dodge family I have to say I love my Subaru Outback and have gotten so many compliments on it. When I came back a few days later with a family member, he took the time to go through the entire process again, which I greatly appreciated. I never once felt like someone who was a sale to be gotten, but rather I felt like my needs were being considered. When it came time to talk price, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the process and I believe we were both happy. Although I had test-driven the Forester previously at another dealer closer to home, I chose Exeter Subaru because of the people. It gave me confidence that any assistance and problems I might encounter would be handled politely and with both expertise and professionalism. It was well worth the extra few miles I went to get this car!! More

We had a list of brands and models that we test drove including the 2016 Subaru Outback.When we entered Exeter Subaru we were greeted by a very friendly sales guy named Max Bzdafka. We explained why we were there and what we wanted to see and test drive. He was very accommodating and had us on the road in minutes. He was low keyed and not pressuring us at all. We considered other brands but when I called later to ask about the availability of any dealer demo cars he told me one just became available and we went to see it. It was perfect. Very slightly used with all the warranties intact. We were happy with the savings and the extras the dealership offered. we signed the deal that night and picked the car up shortly thereafter. Tom in financing was also very helpful and friendly. Great car buying experience !! More
