Best car buying experience 12/23/13 was a rainy day we arrived at around 10am we were greater with a flower for my wife and the offer of Christmas cookies. We had researched the car we wanted and had called ahead for a 2014 GMC Terrian it was ready when we arrived,equipied the way we wanted and in the color we had wanted. By 11:00 we had a test drive papers were signed. This vehicle has lived up to it's reputation. The on board navigation system bad XM radio make driving a pleasure. Due to the distance between my home and FC Kerbeck service I have selected Union Park GMC for my service . The first service interval has come and the service was ecpxcellent. My only negitive comment has nothing to do with either FC Kerbeck , or Union Park GMC . It is the Onstar system my free service is up 6/2214. I will not be renewing the contract. I find $299.00 a year totally too much for a service I have yet to use. They called my wife and talked her into 300 min I would never use. Over the years, I have purchased from FC Kerbeck two GMC Yukons, two GMC Envoys and Two GMC Acadias for my use and a GMC Jimmy for our daughter's use and my wife leased two Saab convertibles. I have been loyal to GMC and loyal to FC Kerbeck for good reason. GMC builds great American-made SUV's, and FC Kerbeck has provided exceptional sales and service to me and my family for over twenty years. I have always walked away from my purchase transactions with FC Kerbeck believing the deal was a win-win for both parties. I always walked into the dealership with a target purchase price in mind based on my research. In every one of my purchases we quickly reached agreement on price without pressure or hype. I felt so good about the price negotiation I never shopped the negotiated price at another dealership. I recognized the importance of building loyalty between the parties. It is a real nice feeling when not only the salesman, but the sales manager recognizes you as an important customer when you walk in the door.
